Description: Workflows are both cause and effect toward desired outcomes and underlying values. Thus, spending time and energy on creating effective workflows is a critical aspect of integrating care. In this workshop, we will look at ways that clinic workflows can enhance or hinder efforts toward integrated care, and then strategize on how to create ones that enhance.
