Description: Integrated care settings excel with the collaboration of ambassadors such as peer support workers, community health workers, and cultural healers. The presenters will focus on the role of these partners, identifying which partner you would refer to for various needs while keeping in mind important considerations for engagement when working together for a patient. The presenters will then discuss how this ambassador partnership honors indigenous values and review case studies where the partnership led to improved health outcomes for the patient.
